About our shop

We're a Canadian marketplace featuring thrifted treasures, pre-loved finds, and handmade goods from independent Canadian makers. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind — when it's gone, it's gone.

Products & descriptions

We do our best to describe every item accurately and photograph any notable
flaws, especially on thrifted and pre-loved pieces. Colours may look slightly different on your
screen. Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, or finish — that's part of their
charm, not a defect.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order isn't confirmed until payment is approved.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after payment — for example, if an item is no longer
available or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Orders ship within Canada only, within 5 business days of purchase.

Returns & refunds

See our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Marketplace makers

Some products are made by independent Canadian artisans selling through our marketplace. We handle your order, payment, shipping, and customer service for every purchase — you always deal with us.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no interfering with other shoppers, nothing unlawful. Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount
you paid for the item. Nothing here limits your rights under Alberta or Canadian consumer protection law. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
