How to Edit Your Order

A little extra time to shop

Found one more favourite? You have 60 minutes after placing your order to add products or make available changes through the editing portal on your order status page. Follow the steps below to get there.

60minutes

Your editing window starts after checkout

Your 60-minute window starts as soon as you place your order. On the thank-you page, select the order-editing button to open your order status page. The countdown there shows how much time is left.

Open your order status page

Just checked out? On the thank-you page, select the order-editing button. It takes you to your order status page.

Returning later? Use the link in your confirmation email, or log into your account with the email used at checkout and select your recent order.

Add products in the portal

The editing portal is on your order status page. While the countdown is active, use the portal’s option to add products and choose the items you want to add to this order.

Add, review & confirm

Review your updated items and order total in the portal. Follow the prompts to confirm your changes and complete any additional payment. Look for confirmation that your update has been saved.

Adding to an order? Use the editing portal.

Add products to your existing order only through the editing portal on your order status page. Adding items to the regular website cart does not update an order you have already placed. Checking out from that cart creates a separate order.

Your order editing questions

A few helpful things to know before making changes to your order.

When does my 60-minute window start?

Your editing window starts when you place your order, after completing checkout. Check the countdown on your order status page for the time remaining. Reopening the page does not restart the window.

Where do I go to edit my order?

After checkout, select the order-editing button on the thank-you page to open your order status page. That is where you can edit your order. You can also reach it from your confirmation email, or by logging into your account with the email used at checkout, opening your orders, and selecting the recent order you want to edit.

How do I add more products to the order I already placed?

Open your order status page and use the editing portal’s add-products option while your 60-minute window is still open. Choose and add your products there, then review and confirm the update. Do not use the regular website cart to add to this order: items added there will not be included in your existing order, and checking out again creates a separate order.

Do I need to pay for the products I add?

Added products can increase your order total. Review the updated total and any shipping or tax changes shown in the portal, then complete any payment requested. Follow the confirmation prompts before closing the page.

What else can I change?

The portal shows the changes available for your order. Only use the options displayed there. If the change you need is not offered, contact us with your order number and details.

Why can’t I find an item in the portal?

If an item is missing from the editing portal, it means it is sold out and cannot be added to your order.

What if my editing time has run out?

Once the timer runs out, self-service editing closes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We’ll check what is possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?

You can open your order without the confirmation email. Go to our website and select the account icon. Log in with the same email address you used at checkout, open your orders, and select your recently placed order. This opens its order status page, where the editing portal is available while your 60-minute window is still open. If you cannot access your account or find the order, contact us for help.
