Are your products really Canadian?

Yes! We are committed to supporting Canadian creators, makers, and small businesses. All products sold through The Blinged Up Alpaca are sourced from or made by Canadians.

Should I wash thrifted clothing before wearing it?

Yes — we always recommend washing thrifted and secondhand clothing before wearing it for the first time. While items are inspected before listing, washing ensures freshness and gives you peace of mind. Please follow the care label instructions for best results.

Are your handmade pieces one of a kind?

Many of our handmade pieces are truly one of a kind — once they're gone, they're gone! We do occasionally create similar pieces, but no two are ever exactly the same.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary by item. Handmade and made-to-order pieces may take additional time. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location within Canada. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No — The Blinged Up Alpaca ships within Canada only. Our store is proudly focused on serving Canadian shoppers and supporting Canadian creators.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use that information to follow your package every step of the way.
